Live in Care

Our live in carers live in their Service Users house, offering care where it is needed. This is both a challenging and tremendously rewarding job – offering a chance to build a really strong relationship with your service users and play a pivotal role in their day-to-day lives, empowering them to be more independent. Your day-to-day tasks could include:
  • Washing and Dressing a Service User
  • Preparing Meals
  • Administering Medication
  • Providing Companionship throughout the day
  • Using various equipment including Hoists
Whatever your life goals, and long term plans, live-in care gives you the ability to save money whilst gaining great experience in the care industry and becoming a qualified carer.

Hourly Care

If you are a real people person and would like the opportunity to work with a variety of Service Users in their own homes then Hourly Care is for you. Travelling in your car from home to home,  your day to day tasks could include:
  • Washing and Dressing a Service User
  • Preparing Meals
  • Administering Medication
  • Using various equipment including Hoists
  • Having a chat and a cup of tea
Even if you do not have any experience within the care industry, joining our team as an Hourly Carer is a great way to learn giving you opportunities to progress through the carer ranks, or if you prefer to join one of the various teams within the office when opportunities arise.

Support Work

We are looking to expand our Supported Living Provisions for young adults and require Support Workers with experience to join our already extensive Community Support Team. We have Houses in both the Bishop’s Stortford and Harlow area where you may also be expected to Support.
  • Adults with Learning Difficulties
  • Autism
  • Epilepsy
  • Challenging Behavior
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above is desirable or a willingness to work towards this
You would be supporting our wonderful service users in their home environment and in the community empowering and enabling them to achieve their individual goals and develop their life skills.
