2011        Care By Us announces the launch of our Charity “Local Links With Us” Holding regular meetings inviting Service Users ,Families, members of the public as well as Local Business’s to weekly meetings including fun events and talks

2010                       Care By Us In House Training Facility is expanded to deliver Training covering specialist topics such as Challenging Behavior, Learning Difficulties ,Dementia as well as Epilepsy and Diabetic Awareness to meet our growing spectrum of Service Users needs and our existing mandatory courses

Care By Us expand our Home Care Services services to cover Potters Bar, Borehamwood and Bushey

 

Care By Us launched their Internet café style E-Learning Centre at their main office.  The centre enables service users, families, staff members and local businesses to:

 

·     Connect to the internet and use emails

·     Connect to family through Skype

·     Share photos and videos

·     Access a world of e-learning courses

Care By Us sponsores 32 employees to take part in the Cambridge 10k run for Cancer Research. Both office staff and carers participated and collectively we raised several thousand pounds for this good cause.

Care By Us held a very successful Open Day in the summer at the Rhodes Centre inviting all our 600 Service Users, Families and friends along with local professionals and guest speaker the Mayor of Bishops Stortford Norma Symonds

Care By Us have expanded to cater children and young adults as well as Service Users with neurological and psychological needs 

 

2009        Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services places its block contract for East Herts (Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth & the Hadhams) with Care By Us

2008        Care By Us receives a 2 * (Good) Rating from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (A part of the Care Quality Commission with effect from 01 April 2009)

             Care By Us continues to develop its operational platform

2007        Care By Us commences the delivery of NVQ training to its work force.

Care By Us sets up its own dedicated training facility exclusively for the development and training of its own work force.

Care By Us signs a spot contract with Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services for the Provision of Hourly care services

2006        Care By Us signs a contract with Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services for the Provision of Live-In care services & Care By Us relocates to larger premises to cater for the expansion of the business.

2005        Care By Us is licensed by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (now a part of the Care Quality Commission).
