Who Are We

 Care By Us Limited is a specialist Domiciliary (Home  Care) Agency which currently operates successfully in  Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex delivering 600,000 hours of care per annum to people needing care, in their own homes. We use our  300  dedicated Carers to deliver this service and we train them all ourselves.

We are a friendly Family run business which is passionate about providing excellent care services to our clients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have strong Family values and a well developped service culture. Colin Horne is the Registered Provider of Care Services, and Alison Horne is our Registered Manager.

We offer care from as little as ½ an hour up to 24 hour Live-In care.

Our Care Objective

We provide fully flexible, tailored care packages to suit the individual needs of each client. Our main objective is to provide our clients with the support they need to enable them to maintain their independence and to live safely in the peace, comfort and security of their own homes.

We are Available for You 24 Hours a Day

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, and will arrange care visits at the times that best suit you. Visits vary from:

·Daily visits by the ½  hour

·Waking Nights / Sleepovers

·Full Time Live-In Care.

Care Planning

We will develop a personal Care Plan for you aimed at promoting and maintaining your independence. This plan will be regularly reviewed through phone calls, meetings and questionnaires.
